Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies:

• Southeast Arkansas Bank Corp (Parent Company)

• Bank of Lake Village

• BLV Realty

• The Jefferson Agency

• Jefferson AG Credit

Non-affiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

• The Jefferson Bank does not share with non-affiliates unless previously approved by or requested by you.

Joint Marketing

A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

• The Jefferson Bank does not have a marketing agreement with third party non-affiliates.
